Emerging from the fog

I’ve been in the soup for a few weeks now. #Depression and #Anxiety - run of the mill. Been trying to get out of it - exercise, acupuncture, friends, family, meditation...and today I finally feel better. Who the hell knows if this will last, one day at a time right? But...I write this because for those in the middle of it - it does get better. And I’m working really hard to focus on the fact that right now is ok. So... #ImOkNow
