Opthalmology appointment tomorrow...what to expect?

Ouch. Pain behind my eye shooting to my brain #IIH #papilodema
Does anyone with IIH suffer with shooting pains behind their eyes which goes to their brain or down their neck? This is new to me. I was symptom free before my eye test and since my LP and meds I've noticed pain more (i was on a lot of pain meds for my endo which I'm weaning off,could this be why i feel more pain?)
