sesamoiditis

I have sesamodititis in my left foot (kind of feels like my right foot too) and a Morton's Neuroma in my left foot. It has been two years and the last few days the pain has gotten worst. I've tried so many things and nothing really worked. It's really frustrating to not be able to walk without being in pain and thinking about pain. For some reason I want to run when I frustrated, mad, need a break from life, or motivated. I don’t know why I want to do it. nothing else can satisfy the fact that I want to run. I have several medical conditions that would be bad if I actually ran such as postural orthostic tachycardia syndrome,asthma, vocal cord dysfunction, chronic sesamoid issues, recent surgery (cleared to be active), and knee pain, plus pain in various places. I am also horrible at running and hate it when I am actually doing it. the effect of me running could be detrimental yet I still want to do it. I am wondering if I should just give in and try it.
